you are ordering more than one banner, just calculate and send the
total amount. 
Then fill out the Order Form and and let me know which banner size(s) and how many you've ordered. Please also
provide as many details about your order as possible - which website(s)
you want to promote with your banner(s), any particular colors, fonts,
style that you may have in mind, etc.
Note:
If you would like to order any banners to promote CPA offers, please
contact me first as I find certan CPA offers unacceptable and will have
to decline your order.
